Ticketing (Check-In at the Door)
O’Brien’s is a ticketless venue. Your purchase confirmation is your ticket. When you arrive, check in at the door using the name on the order and we’ll get you in. If someone else purchased the ticket for you, please check in under the name used at checkout.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If that happens, refunds will automatically be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We’ll send an email if anything changes, so keep an eye on your inbox.
By completing a purchase, you agree to our refund policy and venue entry requirements.

Entry & Capacity
All shows are general admission and space is limited. Arrive early. Once we reach capacity, entry is not guaranteed. Buying a ticket in advance is recommended.

Most shows at O’Brien’s are 21+ with valid government-issued ID required for entry. Some shows may be 18+. Check the event page for details.
