Arms and Ears
Arms and Ears
Arms and Ears is a 5 piece Indie/rock group based out of Boston, MA.
JOATA
JOATA
JOATA is the moniker of Puerto Rican indie pop musician, Jose Oyola. Based in Brooklyn, Oyola blends hip hop and indie rock with Caribbean rhythms and writes anthemic bilingual songs about love, outer space and the homesickness of being part of the Puerto Rican diaspora.
Box of Birds
Box of Birds
Box Of Birds is a Boston based contemporary folk duo lead by Charlie Gargano and Steph Durwin. After meeting as audio engineering students at the New England Institute of Art in Brookline, MA, it was not long after that they were writing songs and experimenting in the studio. Acoustic guitars and vocals were the primary drive behind the music supported by other melodic instruments including harmonica, melodica, and keys. Drummer Benny Grotto formerly of metal band "Motherboar" and Erik Calderone (ECG, Boompa) joined the band in 2013, bringing a subtle epic-ness that the songs ultimately deserved. Lyrical content ranges from political and social commentary (comparable to Conor Oberst or Kevin Devine), to nature and hope
