Before finding a third member, Pat Fazio and Sean Secor began creating their unique brand of psychobilly citing influences ranging from Link Wray, Motorhead, Waylon Jennings, Bad Religion and The Ventures, to name a few. In August 2009, Mike Allen joined the band, completing the lineup. Since their first show at The Midway Cafe with The Murder in October 2009, Tex Railer has played with The Independents, Sasquatch and the Sick-a-Billies, The August Spies, The Designer Drugs, and Wicked Whiskey in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Boston and Central Massachusetts. They have released a four song free EP, available for download in the "sounds like" section, and are currently working 7" Split record with Sean's other band. |
